Who this notice covers
This notice describes the Basile Real Estate website for Francesco Basile, Sales Representative, RE/MAX Hallmark Realty Limited, Brokerage. It is separate from the RE/MAX Canada Privacy Notice, which governs RE/MAX Canada’s own services.
Contact enquiries
The contact form prepares an email on your device; it does not submit the form to a website database. Your chosen email service handles delivery only when you send the draft. Include only the contact details and general information needed for a reply. Contacting Francesco does not sign you up to a newsletter.
For questions about the handling, retention, access or correction of an enquiry you have sent, contact francescobasile@remax.net. Ask Francesco for the brokerage’s applicable privacy policy before providing transaction documents.
Confidentiality and representation
Before sharing your motivation, offer strategy or negotiating limits, clarify who the agent represents. Review the RECO Information Guide and discuss the applicable representation arrangements with Francesco.
Ontario agents and brokerages have an ongoing duty to protect confidential client information. Disclosure generally requires the client’s informed written consent, except where authorized or required by law. Who may access information depends on the representation arrangement and applicable brokerage policies. See RECO’s confidentiality guidance.
Ordinary email and website chat are not secure document portals. Do not enter government identification, banking details, passwords, signed offers or confidential negotiating instructions. Call 416.817.8101 to arrange an appropriate way to share sensitive material. Internet communications cannot be guaranteed confidential.
Ask Basile
The character represents an automated website guide, not a live conversation with Francesco. It gives fixed responses in your browser. Chat text is not transmitted to Francesco or to an AI provider and is not saved by this website. Reloading the page clears the conversation. Keep questions general.
Browser storage and hosting
This website saves your video Play/Pause choice and the Staging Studio’s personal best in this browser. Change the video preference with its control; remove your score using “Reset personal best”. Clearing this site’s browser data removes these saved preferences.
The site does not add advertising pixels, analytics scripts or embedded social feeds. The hosting service may process technical request information and use access or security cookies. External social profiles, property-search services and your email provider have their own privacy practices.
